I keep rewatching the highlights from the Delaware game. I am pumped for Staub. I think he's going to absolutely ball out. Like 250+ and 2+ TDs coupled with a dominant run game.
After his first two throws, he made some huge throws. PFF has a preview video where they say he graded at like 89 with 13 dropbacks and had 3 "big time throws", which is apparently pretty great according to PFF.

That throw to Joseph Williams on his first drive was elite.

Joel Klatt, part 2?
JK did a bit on the QB situation, saying Staub had to start, and saying how when a guy was 3rd string, under-recruited he had to take his opportunity. I checked: JK was headed to N Colorado, but walked on here. All Big 12 before he got a scholarship. Like most of us, he really wants Staub to do great.

GB is saying their D is very unique and hard to block their schemes. The NG will stand up and shoot a gap and he is a tackling machine.

Let's just get down to brass tacks. Buffs win or not?
On paper and without all the BS, CU should be an 8.5 pt favorite. With all the sh!t going on I would’ve pegged this as Pick ‘em.

One thing I’m certain is that the stadium won’t be full and the majority of fans won’t get there until sometime in the 2nd quarter. Driving the Houston metroplex is some next level hellscape sh!t. Especially on a Friday.

I've heard that high school football is big in Texas. Will some people choose high school over college?

Don't staub me in the heart buffs. Potential for a really fun storyline this season if qb1 week 3 can play well against this d
