How Colorado's football program got mired in a decade of losing

Still wonder to this day if we hadn't become THE worst, laughingstock of CFB in 2012 if anything would have really changed .... Still not sure how much Bruce and Phil are committed to the cause. Hopefully the growing PAC revenue gives RG the opportunity to continue investment/upgrades without too much interference.
