The white corners of the turf are clearly there. I'm not sure what the lighter green stuff is but it looks like the turf is fully installed there. Not sure what you're looking at

The new turf is the white part under the light green. Not sure what the light green stuff is but that is clearly over the corner of the turf
No, the light green is the OLD OLD turf from the 90s, the stuff that was left when they did the grass.
You can see here in the image from google maps (not updated) that the corners are still the same as they were. Lazy.

And yes. When Texas Tech has a billionaire oil tycoon bankrolling their NIL, CU absolutely has to strike while they can to at least fund as much of the AD as possible. Money is money and local connections be damned.
