“Anthony has been suspended indefinitely from all team activities and we will determine any further disciplinary action after receiving more information," coach Mike MacIntyre said.

"I am very troubled by these allegations, as they do not represent the values of our university and our football program. I have reported the allegations to the Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance so that it may conduct any appropriate inquiries.”

Those are really serious allegations. I'd be shocked if we see him again. I hope we find out they're false of course, but I don't see that happening.
 
He is being held without bond as well until the hearing. Not a very good situation for him or the victim.

By the language of the laws involved with his charges, he may have done some very minor things. Crossing my fingers that is the case, but being held without bail doesn't look good.

False or not, the student conduct kangaroo court will likely seal his fate as an athlete at cu....I have no clue but in the post tumpkin world aj probably did the stupidest thing possible.

There's no such thing as "minor" domestic violence, especially now and especially for this program after the Tumpkin situation. Three ****ing days after they bring in Brenda Tracy to speak to the team about assault and respecting women, he does this ****. Man, the stupidity of some college kids never ceases to amaze me.

As Nik said, DV can be as minor as smashing her playstation. The optics of it are not minor regardless of what he actually did.
 
I thought the gal from Nebraska had just been working with CU athletes in last few weeks. Did AJ miss those meetings?

Nobody here knows the specifics surrounding what happened yet. I'm sure it was an avoidable and stupid situation, but let's not assume the worst before all the facts come out.

So that is the allegation? He threw her phone in Boulder Creek? That qualifies as DV?
 
Guess we now know what Montez's tweets were about. We will see what the details are after his court appearance, but given the other charges involved and the lack of bond my guess is this is serious and that we can expect Julmisse to be released immediately with no option to return to the team.

Man, the rationalizing already starting. This is the worst. After a whole off season of dealing with this ****, and bringing people in to talk to the team about EXACTLY THIS ISSUE, he gets arrested for it. But I'm sure he just smashed a playstation. He needs to go. He picked the wrong time to **** with someone's game console.
