Kill the huskers with kindness??

you really want to hurt their fake selves? pretend they don't exist. don't talk to them. if they speak to you, look through them with a 1000 yard stare. hopefully, their numbers are limited this year.

This is generally my MO. Zero interaction with the opposing fan.
I never have a reason to speak to them. And if they speak to me, it is likely unimportant to my well being and I can simply ignore it.

So I have bad news to share - I think many of the Fusker fans who show up will be there by invitation by CU fans. Just in the few that I have spoken to....

1. Older couple that I talked to on the C-train after the RMS, they have been CU season ticket holders for 35 years -- bringing their BFFs who are Fuskers.
2. My dentist who was a student during the National Championship & is a PASSIONATE fan - has 2 season tickets but bought 4 extra tickets for Fuskers.
3. & sadly, one of @PhillyBuff's and my good friends and someone who sits right next to me, is bringing a Fusker with her extra ticket.

So we really have no one to blame but ourselves....

These are bad fans and terrible people.

that would mean a lot of sales from Buffs to fuskers. a lot.

Probably more they went to our AD and dropped a ****-ton of money on season tickets or a three pack. Fits given one can get into the five other home dates on the schedule for roughly $30 right now.

I hate your dentist.

I think the real question is - WHY are you friends with a Fusker???

I hate to be serious here, but unfortunately, I have friends that like red. I ****ing hate nebraska. I want their reception in Boulder to be cold, and hopefully defeating throughout the day. I'm even going to the game with a nebraska fan, and I hope people boo him and talk **** as we walk by. But, just in case amongst all of us 30-somethings, there are some young 20-ish kids that love to drink and don't have a lot of perspective, please don't cross the line of hitting, shoving, yelling two inches from a nebraska fan's face, pouring beer, etc. on them. Yes, while not frequent, I have seen that **** by CU undergrads over the near 20 years. I dont' want us to be "classy" towards them, but I hope none of you do something worthy of getting punched for, needless to say arrested.

With that said, **** kindness towards them; hope our team kills them. Hope we are loud about it too and make them feel worse. **** nebraska, **** nebraska, **** nebraska.

true story:

mrs. liver says to me the other day-- hey we should get together with "bob" and "sally" -- we have a lot in common and they love college football.
i respond-- cool. who is their team.
mrs. liver-- they both went to nebraska about when we were at CU.
me-- ask them if they enjoyed the piss balloon bath.
mrs. liver-- it already came up. they laughed about it.
me-- why would i want to hang out with fuskers? and more importantly how do you know these people?
mrs. liver-- fair points. i know the wife through [insert community stuff here] and i guess her husband inherited a lot and they don't work.
me-- so, you want me to hang out with fuskers who have managed to escape from the hell of their existence by winning the inheritance lottery?
mrs. liver--- you are beyond help
me--- so, we agree then. good.

No point in being nice to them. They'll still make up stories about little old ladies being pushed down the stairs. Might as well treat them like **** if that's what they're going to report anyway.

Hey man, you ok?
Piss balloon talk, fine - but there's no place for this kind of talk.

No I’m angry and I hate Nebraska so much I’m going to shiv some mother ****ers on Saturday!

Are you serious right now? lol

Could have worded better, just pointing out 2 extremes and how much I hate them. No one is getting murdered or physically assaulted, I have dogs and a wife at home that need me.

Conversation that I had with a guy I do business with who grew up in Nebraska, but left to go to a real college:

Him: I could fly out for the game, and buy a scalped ticket
Me: Yes, but they are probably going to be $500 a pop at that point.
Him: That is a lot, but I could expense it
Me: OK, but you have to understand that if you show up you are going to get spit on. Someone is going to slash one of the tires of your rental car. When you are in the game you will get cussed at constantly. Although bottles of beer aren’t sold in the stadium, and security is tight, someone will manage to bring one in and hit you in the head with it. If you decide to bring your grandmother to the game we are going to kick her down the stairs, and then security is going to throw her out of the stadium for filing a false report because she deserved it. After the game if you look any Buff fan in the eye they will punch you, and someone will piss on you while you are down.

Still want to come?

Him: Maybe we will just talk about it on Monday.

Me: Good choice

1. Can't really fault you for this one, they were on the train. Even so, screw that old couple.
2. Get a new ****ing dentist.
3. Get a new ****ing friend.

These people should have their season tickets revoked for life.

There is a post on the 104.3 fan site about this ( something not bronco related??). Pretty fun read actually. My take on it is that I'll go easy on the asparagus Friday night.

I'm not saying the idea doesn't have validity, but I just don't have it in me.

This is garbage behavior. I told the Nub fans that were hitting me up for tickets, no problem. I then did absolutely nothing to get them tickets and strung them along. When they recently asked if I was able to get tickets ? I told them "sorry couldn't get any"(see, Colorado fans can be falsely kind as well). I will be there on Saturday locked and loaded with as many piss balloons as I can carry.

I did my part to keep the Red out, what is wrong with these other people?

We can't wait to welcome our fans home to Folsom Field this Saturday, Sept. 7 at 1:30 p.m.against Nebraska.

This rivalry game has a storied history and we are so glad to be able to add another chapter here in Folsom Field in 2019. It is important to us that as fans, we act with class and are courteous hosts to our visiting fans here to cheer on their team. Rivalries in sports are supposed to be fun and intense for all involved, but we can do so in a manner that puts respect first for our fellow football fans. Be loud, support your team, and make the University of Colorado proud in every way.

Once again, 104.3 proves how utterly ****ing stupid they are. Not only is this the dumbest idea EVER, it also (once again) shows how completely out of touch this media outlet is as it relates the culture of Non-Bronco athletics in the state of Colorado.

The foundation of our hatred is the complete and pervasive false propagation that this fanbase is "classy", while they simultaneously lie, cheat, and insult....all while maintaining a holier than thou attitude. What media outlets like The Fan don't understand is that the nubs are believable, only because they believe their own bull****, not because it is true.

We are portrayed as the bad fans because we directly call the fuskers out for being completely and totally disingenuous, while we are honest about our own reality.

We are constantly called out because our student section got kicked out in 2005....that was a bad look for CU. But that was a TERRIBLE series of calls by the refs, and frankly, our students like to drink a bit much. Meanwhile, no one will honestly talk about how the fuskers have the 3rd highest ejection rate as a fan base in the COUNTRY today. THEY are the ones that have fans rolling around on twitter spewing that "Sal is Dead" bull**** to this very day, and no one reports on it. Tom Osborn has a history of ignoring or covering up serious crimes for the benefit of his program, and that was ignored. Frosty is doing the same thing today with his only legit tailback, and no one reports on it seriously. But we're the dirty program because of the "scandal", and things like the whole knee-twist-gate is simply accepted as truth. Are you kidding me?

Look, we get it, we've sucked pretty bad for a while now....but so have they!

The reality is, WE have the backbone to be honest, even when it isn't good for us. They live in a fantasy land of propaganda and falsehoods. But we are supposed to be nice? **** THAT ****!
So, let me get this straight. The Husker fans have been living a lie for, what....57 years. Sorry, can’t buy it.
