Thank goodness for that idiot basketball coach!
Pretty common down in Texas. My HS coach made everyone wear high and tight military cuts. You had to if you played sports in my hometown. We had a couple kids quit as soon as they got their letter jackets, just so they could grow their hair out and piss the coach off by wearing around the hallways.
That is a heartbreaking story, but I'm glad it is trending toward a happy ending for the Shenault family.
On a side note, this is my favorite aspect of following college sports. Learning the stories behind the athletes gives me extra motivation to cheer on their success. Go Viska Go!
Can you reference the same movie twice in one week? Can I get a ruling on that?

Wow, knowing more about Viska's story makes me love him more, root for him more, and hope that all the glory of college and hopefully pro football are blessed upon him. Glad he is a Buff, so happy he came to do what he said he wanted to do, and look forward to the rest of the season watching #2 dominate!!!

Till we knock him out in the natty. Unfortunately they have another natty qb behind him.
He only has 7 fewer touchdowns than incompletions (25 v 18)

A buddy of mine in Atlanta texted me: “Shenault should win the Heisman.” He was serious. He said everyone in Atlanta has been talking about Viska and how similar he looks to Julio Jones.
