In summary, Utah with 541.5, CU 525, DU 524
Nice effort by the Buffs. Matter of a few seconds here or there and ....
(Looks like what inched the Buffs ahead of DU was that, somewhere in the last 5K of today's final race, Ms. Knori gutted it out and passed a couple skiers to end up in 28th place, with one of those skiers being a Pioneer.)

Hate losing to Utah in anything, but this was a glorious recovery from the Buffs to finish second after a terrible start. Congratulations!

I agree that it's tough losing to Utah. Skiing is the one sport where the Utes take top spot as CU's singular, undisputed hate inducing rival.
There were some amazing individual performances by the Buffs. Congrats to Petra Hyncicova and David Ketterer for earning that top podium spot two times each. Good effort to dig out of the hole and sneak past DU and claim that title of being the best ski program in the state.
Thanks to @AztecBuff for keeping the board in the know. Ski coverage has never been better.
