The weirdest thing is how different Vermont and New Hampshire are. Maybe not if you view hippies and survivalists as similar.
Wait...
There’s a difference?

Yeah, the Southern New Hampshire University ads always find a way.don't they advertise an on-line degree program heavily?

Sorry to hear that Olaf.****ing heat.
My parents have bailed from the game tomorrow, and my wife doesn't want the 4 year old to go, which is admittedly a good idea since he melts.
I know my 9 year old will be complaining the whole time. It will be imperative that CU scores a **** load of points in the first half so if the complaining gets out of hand we can leave early.****ing heat.

That’s some Greek mythology **** right there.Technically I'd be Olaf's dad.
Don't mock me - you know how hard it is to **** a snowdrift?
projected high of 90 with normal (lack of) Colorado humidity? what the hell are you talking about with "heat"?****ing heat.

holding a thought for you. taking young ones to the game and keeping them entertained sufficiently for parents to actually watch can be an expensive PITA.I took that deal a few months ago to upgrade to club seats for this game, and boy am I pleased with that decision. Kiddos would have otherwise complained until we left the game (they still might).

Rockies game (sun and heat) was brutal yesterday. The sun at altitude is no joke. A very sunny day at 5,300 feet can feel much hotter than it is, and really, believe or not, humidity actually helps with the intensity of the sun. The sun is more intense in September than any other time of year, imo, because there's very little humidity but it's still pretty high in the sky. Add in 90+ degrees and no wind, it sucks, especially in a concrete stadium with metal bleachers and no shade.

To be clear, this is intended to be good natured shjt-giving. If your family won't be happy at the game, by all means leave them at home and have the most fun you can have without.
But I'm confused what you mean by "helps with the intensity of the sun" (burning?). I know that humidity makes hot days feel hotter and cold days feel colder. From experience, an 85 day in Raleigh is far more miserable than a 100 day in Phoenix.
