This team has many issues. Leadership, focus, predictability, lack of imagination from the coaches, to name a few. I'd take the UNC OC in a straight trade, right now.

Nasty is one thing, dumb is another. Even under the old rules that would have been called for the late hit, The play was at least 3 steps over and the ball was someplace else. You don't do that.

Laguda didn't know the pint sized receiver was going to drop the ball. He went in to dislodge at max speed & even tried to adjust his helmet trajectory. The receiver lowered his helmet and Laguda was ejected. He was trying to make a play. His teammates respect that.
