You should be embarrassed MM, this is a horrible loss to a bad hawaii team. So many chances on offense and nothing. This season already sucks, thanks.
 
I still don't get how they could let that happen. The refs had the ball with 11.5 seconds left.
 
Well maybe next year. So many terrible mistakes. Blame the refs at the end, but fact is CU should have had a TO left. A 3rd year starter needs to be able to call a QB sneak on his own without having to waste a timeout. Using another one on that drive and then getting nothing out of it just makes it that much worse
 
Amazing how one game can ruin a season. All hope for respectability, not even a bowl, gone out the window. Best hope is 3-1 in non conference and maybe steal a game in Pac12. Realistically, 2-2 nonconference and an 0-fer in P12 again, with MM shown the door. Thought the guy had made progress, but clearly not. OL not finishing run blocks, pass protection awful for a 3-4-5 man rush and stunts. Sefo lacking leadership and rattled. Short passes, no real rhythm all night. Hard to blame the defense when offense had 5 or 6 three-and-outs. I wonder when this nonsense will end, I thought 10 years was long enough.
 
I'll try to be as objective and non-reactionary as possible. My thoughts on tonight.

Better than expected: Diego, Franke (flashed a couple times including strip sack), Adkins
Worse than expected: Sefo, Crawley, O-line, Shay (mainly that absurd decision on the punt return), coaching (team not prepared, wasting time outs, Hawaii made better 2nd half adjustments)
About as expected: everybody else (caveat - my expectations were low)
 
Tini should take a self imposed ban for weeks. To KOOLAID drink this pathetic ****fagdick bull**** of a team is absurd. "They aren't goood on the island." I'm done.
 
In fairness to KC, he looked worlds better in the second half. I figured they were going to keep looking to burn him, but he had two really crucial pass deflections to end their drives late. The only play I remember him giving up after the dragon was on a ball zipped through an insanely tight window. The secondary and DL really impressed me. The LBs were pretty meh outside of a couple plays.

The offense though :| I'm with everyone, it felt best when we were running the ball. The OL looked comfortable and the RBs looked excellent outside of Powell. Still though, I came into the year thinking our passing game would also be a strength and it's extremely disappointing seeing how bad it was for most of the game. The game felt eerily like the Ravens/Broncos playoff game where there was just no rhythm at all, and whenever we'd start to find our groove, something would happen to negate it.
 
Sounds like the kook aid has gone bad. I predicted a loss for this game, but it sounds like we played worse than I imagined.
 
Taped the game, woke up at 4 am to watch it before work. What a disaster. This game exemplified why I don't buy the "we just need to get guys who will stay in the program for 5 years" mentality. Bulls**t, we need talent and don't have enough of it. Next year we return a lot of experience, am I supposed to be excited about that? CSU must be licking their chops.

Mistakes, mistakes, mistakes. Played like they would win the game at times and a mistake derails progress made. I am still not sure MM is not the right guy, I do think he needs to take a long hard look at his staff. We just cant keep changing head coaches every 3 yrs or this will end up being the reality not for just a decade, but a lifetime.
 
What a crap fest. Same ol story. Undrsized, slow, weak. Seems like they did not know what to do? no identity. just cant even care anymore.

This completely unacceptable. I don't care if you're drunk. I don't care if it's 3am. I don't care if Colorado lost. This comment has no place here. I fully expect to no longer see posts by you. Ever. Voluntarily or imposed by the admin. I see your base level of hate on here everyday. Now you've exposed a deep and dangerous character issue. You should be gone. Forever.
