Agreed. I think he is holding out for ND.Not this year IMO. He might think he'll get a look at the Notre Dame gig if he wins double digits again....
Bohn went right down the road. DuhUnderwhelming for Cindy, thought they could do better than that.
Cindy pretty much has to take what she can get....Underwhelming for Cindy, thought they could do better than that.
I would greet that with some skepticism if I was an LSU fan. Helfrich was in the right place at the right time being handed the Oregon offense while Chip Kelly was there.Helfrich a candidate for LSU OC

I will take the other side of that argument. He was background noise at CU and Kelly was the real OC even as HC at UO.Would be a great hire. Helfrich is a damn good QB Coach and a better than average OC.

I don't know, that he's had such a hard time finding QBs at Oregon would be a red flag for me.Would be a great hire. Helfrich is a damn good QB Coach and a better than average OC. More than anything, LSU needs to get its QB position playing at a winning level.

Mariota came when Kelly was still running the offense so I have no idea how much credit goes to Helfrich for him. The rest have been patchwork guys and transfers. Why haven't blue chip HS QBs signed up to play for Helfrich if he's such a QB guru? Was QB development really that big of an issue for Oregon though? Mariota to Adams to prokup to Herbert wasn't that bad. Offense was never really the issue and he had Oregon in the top 20 last year with his starting QB missing 4 games.
Well helfrich found and recruited mariota. I guess I am not going to just put that much blame on him for going and getting two of the most wanted grad transfers back to back seasons. They did sign some good prospects like Travis Waller who was the highest rated spread option QB in his class, they just haven't worked out yet.Mariota came when Kelly was still running the offense so I have no idea how much credit goes to Helfrich for him. He did help Cody Hawkins shatter the CU record books, so I guess there's that...Well helfrich found and recruited mariota. It was Cody's best statistical year. He regressed without him.He did help Cody Hawkins shatter the CU record books, so I guess there's that...
Thank god Sefo owns those records now.It was Cody's best statistical year. He regressed without him.
WTF? You really care?Thank god Sefo owns those records now.
It doesn't keep me up at night, but yeah, I am happy to see Sefo, who has given his body time and again for this team and who's leadership led this team to one of our greatest seasons, get the records. Cody was a good kid and Buff, but he owns a lot of those records thanks to his dad starting him all of those years when he wasn't always the best option.WTF? You really care?
