Just god awful play sequencing, run it on 1st when you know they're gearing up for the run and lose 4 yards. Then run AGAIN on 2nd and long, putting us in a passing situation 3rd down.

Genuinely hard to tell so far if Salter is struggling or if Shurmur is just ****ing terrible (we know the latter is probably true)
