Yes, that's correct. $50 max because, it's really just a promotion to get more people to sign up. They can't be letting bets of $5k because the book would get killed. Right now the line is Buffs +5.5, which is nice but it's far from a risk-free bet. It can turn into a risk-free bet by tomorrow but needs a lot more people to jump on it. They did this with the Nuggets earlier in the year, where the line got to Nuggets +100 or more, so that was risk free. So everyone wins up to $45.50 or whatever the payoff is on a $50 bet with the vig.
Yeah, I figured it was a "loss leader", but disappointed it couldn't be higher. Definitely seems to be working, because the numbers of 'new' bettors and the line sure is increasing.

Disappointed in FanDuel. Couldn't get it to recognize that I'm from CO on my Mac and then the Apps on my iPhone are confusing regarding the different sites and Sportsbook. Clunky vs what I used previously in Brovada.

Well, gentlemen.... I’ve tried to stay away this year, but the bookies were morons. I’m hopeful that this game in Tucson goes because my betting partners and I have substantial action:

Colorado -2
Colorado -3
Colorado -3.5
Colorado -4.5
Colorado -5
Colorado -5.5
Colorado -6
Colorado -6.5

Good luck to us!

Had same problem w/ Fanduel. Google and MSFT said their locator service was risky, finally got thru with Firefox, but then it said I wasn't in Colorado.

Is withdrawing money from fan duel easy? Thinking about opening an account there just for that Buffs promotion and the free $48

You can cash out in person at a couple places (I went to the Celtic downtown). It was fairly easy and fun to get the cash, but I live nearby. Not sure if they're doing it now with the lastest covid restrictions.
They do have PayPal, online banking, or send a check. I couldn't figure out how to use my first bank account tho.

Pretty straightforward, just click on Withdrawal and choose how you want to get paid

Saw another promotion link in Mile High Sports web site where it says bet the Buffs +50 points. Not sure what the fine print says or how it works exactly, but you might take a look:

I’m always skeptical of big conference lines like tOSU -23, especially with Day not coaching and all the weird schedule stuff with tOSU the last few weeks. But then the guys on Gameday start talking about how tOSU has something to prove and they see them warming up with a bunch of intensity and I want to throw the house at them to cover lol

Why bet -6 when you have access to -2? Different payout?

I hope msu loses, but they should be sky-high for this game and I think they cover

Everyone is sky high to play a top 5 team, but it doesn’t matter when it’s a bad team playing the top 5 team. Ohio State making it look easy so far. Took them -21.5 just before kickoff
yup, looks like osu will roll.

I exited last week's NFL play +$5 overall since I started.

Then I made 23 bets for today over the course of the past 5 days. Oops.

Am I the only one who thinks USC is giving too many points tomorrow night?

They're 1-2 ATS and 13.5 point favorites. Thinking a Chiefs/Wazzu parlay.

Depends on the team. Bama, Ohio state and Clemson are teams that usually do well with large lines because they have studs behind them. Or atleast those are the teams I have won money on with big spreads

First half often good as well. Bama was a money machine 1H last year.
