Just an FYI for those living in states where weed is not legal. Testing to determine if a substance is legal hemp or cannabis requires quantitative THC testing which is expensive and as of now most states will not/can not do for simple possession charges. Therefore possession is not really prosecutable at this time because when caught, everyone is just enjoying the many benefits of hemp.

This is not true. Do not, I repeat, do not rely on the "I was smoking hemp" defense. Though the DEA has reclassified CBD products with no more than 0.1% THC to schedule V, not every state relies on the federal schedule. Also, the government can rely on the circumstances of the possession to try to prove THC amount--and any government drug "expert" is going to testify that bud has more than 0.1% THC.

You may be right, I was just going by what I heard in a story on NPR, and it seems the players from Nebraska did use the "just smoking hemp" excuse. At least that is what the school and local police came up with to excuse not taking any action.

The number is 0.3%. But that's not the point of this thread.

I’ve never really liked “The Boss”. I recognize that he is a great storyteller in song form, but the songs as a whole just make me cringe. So no ranking is probably my fairest assessment of this album

Right below this song-and the fact that he's got an album named after that hellhole makes me dislike the boss even more...

Except he named it after that hellhole because he thought it was the perfect place to set a bunch of songs about hopelessness, failure, and desolation. Not that it’s a great album, but he kind of nailed Nebraska. You should at least like it for that.

Adrian, Spielman, WanDale, Mills, Washington are going to absolutely rip this defense apart. It’s going to be savage. You guys are trying to be a power team. That o-line is not transformed enough from last year to do that against what should be a fairly stout d-line and run defense of the Huskers.
 
Looks like they want sCUm to be 1-0 when they lose next weekend. 2 different holding penalties on that 3rd down pass that weren’t called, Montez still couldn’t convert!
 
Yeah, that’s rich, the nubs have an ACTUAL pornhusker on the roster but are still sanctimonious enough to throw stones. This is why nobody likes you.
