Official ****braska Hate Thread

But if they only cost you $55, you’re not swallowing $400. It’s not like the only options are take $400 from a fusker or let them go to waste.
If you read above, I said I would gladly eat the $55 dollars vs selling to a husker.

If I was a person that bought a $400 ticket I would list if for sale to get my money back and wouldn't give a damn who bought the ticket.

Would you sell to a CU fan offering $300 versus a nub fan offering $400? Im just saying this is not a binary choice between selling to a fusker or eating the entire cost. Selling tickets to nub fans is almost entirely inexcusable IMO.

I would sell to a CU fan of course.

I don't know why this is controversial.

1) would try to sell to my friends for face value or a slight loss
2) would try to sell to CU fans on this board at face value or a slight loss
3) would sell on an online market place for profit.

Once I get to step 3 I really don't care who buys it.

We'll be sitting in the CU section, in CU's stadium, but we only want to sit next to husker fans. WTF, you ****ing ****-face, ****-asses? And those ****ers are only 11 rows behind me.

You sold me 6 seats in the Nebraska section?!?!

Never the same. Never forget.

I love this so much! The dramatic music. Slowing down what happened in about one second into a Scorsese length epic. Eliminating the sounds, so that you can't tell that Callier released immediately at the whistle. Ignoring the number of people that landed on Callier's back.

What happened to Winfree that game? Oh, that's right. After a play was over, he was shoved over a player bench and missed the next six games as a result of that injury.

Nebraska fans are funny.

Wait. Arik Gilbert plays for nebraska, right? How is this Coach Prime's fault? I'm not following this exchange at all. Help?
That exchange was from a week or two ago, regarding Juwan Mitchell (I think). The Nub fan was trying to say we have a bad culture because Prime took a transfer that had been with multiple teams prior and was kicked off a team.

Fast forward to now, they took the same type of player the only difference is he was just arrested for Burglary.

Gilbert was always a huge risk, and Rhule was pretty vocal about providing all the things he would need to succeed (for a semester).

Juwan Mitchell is obviously also a risk.

As a 35-year old (2nd trip around the bases, and closer to home than 2nd base), suburban white male, my expertise on how to handle those things is a bit lacking. But it sure seems to me that if anyone can fix a troubled young black player, it just seems more likely to be Coach Prime (a tough disciplinarian who can also related to young black men) over a guy like Rhule who seems so disconnected from that demographic. Everything the guy says is cringe.

But all this remains to be seen. Sanders has taken a risk with Mitchell and I always hope these young men figure things out and prosper. Both these players have NFL potential and have done pretty much everything to screw their chances. Gilbert just took it a lot further this morning.
