Herman is far and away my top choice. I’d be perfectly happy with Bronco, but I’ll admit I have a bias for the splashier hire that will energize the fan base and have a much higher ceiling. Bronco seems like a coach with a MacIntyre-ish floor and a Barnett-ish ceiling, which is more than we deserve but I’m greedy and want the home run.

Also if I’m being honest, I’m ready to sell this program’s soul for wins so a straight shooter who does things the right way is waaaaay down my list of priorities at this point.

Bronco is weird as hell. Good Luck. BYU hired him when Kyle turned down the job at his alma mater to stay at Utah.

Given the ever changing landscape of CFB I think this is also what CU might need if it wants to retain its slim chance of ever being somewhat relevant again but I also think that the mere notion of this causes heart attacks with the CU administration.
 
When do we think we’ll make a hire? Joey McGuire was hired by Texas Tech on November 8th last year and immediately began recruiting.

November 28 depending on who we pick. Maybe sooner if the guy is currently out of a job, maybe later depending on who he is working for atm.

By all means... keep doing what you're doing. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: CU is probably the worst team in the FBS. I'd bet Michigan State is cursing you guys too. How long until you're all calling for the next firing? It's in your DNA. I'm sure the future great coaches are lining up to coach at CU.

Yea he tried to come up with a creative way of saying they're not going to change the requirements. Adam clearly stated that coaches have expressed that they can't compete with their peers for alot of transfers, which of course is no surprise to us. But Phil didn't seem to care.

I'm struggling to understand your motivation here. Nobody on this board believes CU is any good. We don't really have much hope we'll be good anytime in the near future.

This place used to be fun to mix it up with, until you guys started sucking this bad. Now it's just kinda sad. I'm sorry.
