I am sure this has been said in many different ways, but the risk-reward for this hire is off the charts in our favor.
If it pays off, it is obviously a game changer and can reinvigorate the program. If it crashes and burns, well, the program can’t really sink any lower. We can’t lose. If CU was winning 6+ games a year I’d be wary of backslide, but kudos and hats off to Salisman for going big to invest in the program.
