Staub was asked the ? In postgame presser and he said both times to Sincere he changed the play and just told him to go deep. Schurmer is 100% to blame for the offense both running and passing

Staub can run a bit too. He's not a scrub athlete. I think he should start for now. I agree with the Shurmur criticism.
I think you play who gives you the best chance to win each game, and get your backup qb reps when available. The season is not over, you play for wins now, and you play that player now. There is still plenty of time to 'play for the future' if we get into a time where we have no chance of winning the B12. Until then, you play for the now.
I don’t understand how running Juju out as a super young starter does anything for recurring. It’s ridiculous for any freshman to expect to come in and start. Certainly, knowing you will get a fair chance and get playing time if you earn it is something every freshman wants. We clearly do that with all our freshman.
Being a winning team is the best recruiting. Play the QB that helps you win each and every game.

If you’re Deion, you have to play as if every goal is still there for the taking until it isn’t.
We’re not going to the Big XII title game, but until that’s official, you play Staub.
Juju can run just fine, and was pretty good on his throws, with Farrakhan dropping a high zinger that could have been housed
You have to start Staub, have Salter willing to be ready, and hope to keep finding chances for Juju

New Mate through two games is many times better than he ever was at KU.
I don’t like his body language at all.
Or the staff saw something that really concerned them about Salter that they didn’t see in camp, and they had the courage pivot.

Agreed. The ball that Dre’lon dropped was a good ball. RGIII said otherwise, but the ball to Williams in the end zone was also a good ball. There wasn’t much there, and he put it in a place where only Williams could catch it. Touch play, but Williams could have caught that if he read the play better.
Salter is lucky his knee was down, because he just f*cking dropped that ball.
To me, it seems clear JuJu isn’t ready. He’ll get killed.
