The LBs are talented, but they have zero physicality. They refuse to put their nose in there.
lol…they can run…LOL, damning with the faintest praise.
If I could like this post 1000x, I would.I’ve commented on here about all 3 QBs over the last 4 months. Good and bad. But let me be crystal clear:
THIS IS 1000000000% AN OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR ISSUE.
Staub was asked the ? In postgame presser and he said both times to Sincere he changed the play and just told him to go deep. Schurmer is 100% to blame for the offense both running and passingI think the running game is 100% on Shurmur. Not so sure it's Shurmur in the passing game. Aside from the 20 WR screens, it was clear today that Staub can see a WR down field. Salter Cannot and JuJu is 17 and had two meaningful series.

I think you play who gives you the best chance to win each game, and get your backup qb reps when available. The season is not over, you play for wins now, and you play that player now. There is still plenty of time to 'play for the future' if we get into a time where we have no chance of winning the B12. Until then, you play for the now.JuJu is the future. Staub was the best guy out there ….. today. IMO we have to play for the future, deal with the growing pains and go with the kid. One added benefit is the message we send to HS recruits. Another is having JuJu recruiting for us.
I don’t understand how running Juju out as a super young starter does anything for recurring. It’s ridiculous for any freshman to expect to come in and start. Certainly, knowing you will get a fair chance and get playing time if you earn it is something every freshman wants. We clearly do that with all our freshman.JuJu is the future. If you’re Deion, you have to play as if every goal is still there for the taking until it isn’t.I think you play who gives you the best chance to win each game, and get your backup qb reps when available. Juju can run just fine, and was pretty good on his throws, with Farrakhan dropping a high zinger that could have been housedStaub can run a bit too. He's not a scrub athlete. I think he should start for now. I agree with the Shurmur criticism.

New Mate through two games is many times better than he ever was at KU.Buck Buchanan was the get of the transfer portal.
Just assuming that we're getting a touchback wildly alters the viewing experience from last year.
Wow. Salter just might not be it. And I was a big Salter guy coming into the season. But he’s just not taking any shots downfield. Yikes.

We’re not going to the Big XII title game, but until that’s official, you play Staub
That is such a lame, toxic plan. Summary - we have no starting QB.
This will divide the players on what they see vs who plays and what plays are called (i.e. Staub gets the green light to throw downfield, Juju is restricted to throw bubblescreens for -2 yards).
He has no plan.CP said after the game that he knows who will start Friday, but isn't saying. they're reporting it as him saying he has a plan.
the big concern has to be making JuJu comfortable with how things unfold. lots of schools are going to throw offers at him.
CP is getting really talkative about his relationship with Jesus. I could see him becoming a preacher - following in Bill McC's footsteps. retiring to spread the gospel
lol…they can run…
Idk if Hart is ****ing them up
Salter against Delaware no less should look good but still has poor decisions. Running game looks solid. Staub balled out.
Houston next week hopefully will be juju heavy.
An attempt to get Salters head out of his ass, but he ended up outplaying himSIAP cuz I was drunk at the game but what happened with Juju and why did Staub play over him?

I guess I was right when I said he checked out of the bubble screen when it happened!Staub was asked the ? In postgame presser and he said both times to Sincere he changed the play and just told him to go deep. Schurmer is 100% to blame for the offense both running and passing
His one start was against a decent Utah defense, and he was pretty goodEven though I advocate for JuJu, when Staub has played in the past, and granted it was garbage time, I’ve always thought he looked decent.
Staub deserves to start going forward until proven otherwise. Enough with the rehearsals.
