I'm terms of intangibles, this is like the transition from Sefo to Montez; but Montez was at least as talented as Sefo, if not more. This is a serious downgrade in arm talent, and the upgrade in running ability is all but neutered by Kaidon's avoidance of contact.
I'd like to pat myself on the back. I just watched the Meritrust commercial featuring Salter where he's talking about managing money and how it's like football with the need for precision. I did not throw anything at my tv. I've gotten so mature.

Or that two back rpo/read option with drelon going in motion. We've averaged 6+ yards per carry with that and they haven't had an answer. Just unreal.
Terrible play call. But even a below average QB throws it out the endzone and gets a FG attempt.

If i had money there, I would pull it out now.
It’s almost like you have a QB who is not very smart and thus doesn’t understand film study, so because he can’t grasp it finds it annoying to him and eventually quits participating in it. And then he suffers the consequences of his actions, but has such a huge ego that he doesn’t even grasp why all this is happening the way it is.
When he said, "Colorado is home" I talked back to the TV.

I hope we have a read QB developing coach working with JuJu. He has to be ready to play and grow at some point this season. Just to gain some experience for next year. Bench Salter and it he is done and the change becomes, good or bad, what it is. There will be no going back
If you were all Bears fans, or Cutler had stayed with the Broncos you'd be used to this feeling of 75% dog**** play from your QB, with flashes of brilliance mixed in.
I think the most unfathomable thing is that this team could be 4-1 and up big in this one if we didn't just repeatedly step on our own dicks to levels previously unseen.
The only value of a bowl game (if we can get to one) is to get JuJu extra practices for next year. So just get him the practices and reps now.
