I have very large exposure on TCU -6.5. Middle plan is playing out nicely. Colorado +14.5 would be an absolute dream.

Not for me. I pick the Buffs to beat TCU in a close game. One of the 2, perhaps 3 wins I see.
I am a very pragmatic, advantage bettor. I don’t typically take unnecessary financial risks (big $$$) unless I have calculated that I have a major edge.
No matter what people might say, opinions will change based on how CU plays and the result on the scoreboard.
Of course, new information always helps to form an opinion. We’ve been fooled by early season successes before and finished with 3-5 win seasons, so I will remain cautiously optimistic.

I’m in a no-lose situation. For me, the single point from 13.5 to 14.5 represents an enormous amount of value (bad to great number) and ample middle room. That’s why I am getting greedy: I want what I see is the best pregame Buffs number.

TCU is a total wild card from a competitive perspective.

Absolutely not. TCU is in the bottom 3rd of opponents this season.
Especially with Air Force the next week. CU very well could win this Friday and get dominated next week. The changeover from Air Raid to triple option is pretty drastic.

What if TCU wins by more than 13.5 or loses by less than 7.5? I’m not following how you can’t lose assuming odds and bets are similar. Am I having a brain fart?
One bet is TCU -6.5
Next bet is CU +13.5 (hoping for +14.5)
Yes. Just means it’s a split. Double hit win if land on 7-13
