Klatt is a moron, I highly doubt that Shedeur does that. NFL scouts are literally watching every game he plays at this point and counting stats are pretty low on the list of factors GMs consider when drafting QBs. Josh Allen had a pretty bad completion percentage at a MWC school and ended up being an elite QB.
