1 yard past the los on the catch. On or behind it is by rule no pi. Ticky tack call.
Massively shytty call right there that takes the ability to settle into the second half away.

I'm guessing what made the official throw the flag is that final push at the end of the play. Not defending the call, just saying I think that's why it was called
