It's pretty much like Montez can't throw unless he's running. So I guess just design plays for that.

I don't agree. Montez needs WAY more reps at game speed. He needs to figure out how to get out of traffic and put some touch on his long balls. We're not there in this game yet.

Haven't covered yet.
We're up 31-3 in the 4th. Montez will have 2 weeks of practice and another game to continue getting better. It's time to stay healthy and get backups some reps that aren't strictly vanilla runs

It is clearly written rule. A dumb one, but easy to call.
That's why they need to give him the entire 4th and not just the last 5 minutes of clock wasting
