What makes that early PSU-UCLA score even more puzzling is that PSU looked so good in their first 3 games....
Kind of funny that about a month ago, the national conversation was about multiple NFL teams tanking for him and whether he would even declare this year or not. He might be a day three pick based on his play so far this year. Maybe day two just because some team will want to draft on name/potential alone

Impossible! I was told that he was the Heisman favorite entering this year and that NFL teams were going to tank their 2025 seasons for a shot at drafting him. Pedigree! Clearly the problem is that Sark sucks at coaching QBs, designing an offense and calling plays along with the glaring lack of talent surrounding him!
This isn’t going to sit well with some programs that view a 10-2 season as a failure but was always what was going to happen when they keep expanding
I think it will only take a year or two more to recalibrate expectations to be all about how far you go in the CFP.
Ryan day went from potential hotseat for 10-2 with the two losses coming by a combined 4 points; to potentially untouchable by winning the CFP.

It was embarrassing that the scouting services had him as even a top ten QB in his class, let alone a five star.
The competition he played was ABYSMAL, and he’s always had major mechanical issues

How is it possible that someone who grew up in the family that runs the top passing academy has horrible mechanics? I could understand if he was a robot who lacks arm talent or physical stature, but that windup and low release point are mind boggling to me.
