Did the Nubs just benefit from a 15 yard penalty for contact to the head, despite the replay reversing the targeting call because the tackler was pushed (in the back) into the play? Jeez

UCLA got stopped on 4th deep in Penn State territory really in their game. 4th and inches, and they were in the shotgun. RB got dropped 1 yard in the backfield. Why do coaches do that?
