How can you have intentional grounding on two steps and a throw?
I think it depends on whether you thought he was being pressured or not. He definitely was in the pocket and there was no one where he was throwing.

Since ISU wins, we now need either a BYU loss OR both an ASU and ISU loss.

I think I must have misread your post.
We need some combo of two of the other three losing. And us winning.
I think KSU can easily beat ISU. Houston or Arizona winning, not so much.
