Check out #71 for Georgia Tech, holy ****, dude has his own zip code. 380 pounds and he can move. Have fun dealing with that guy Jesus.
Come on. Jesus played ancient Mesopotamian games like Butts Up.My ass, Jesus had trouble with the curve ball. Lmao.
I have no problems cheering for the Ramblin' Wreck. Great school. I did send a boat load of $$ there for daughter #2, however.Anyone else feel a little weird cheering for GT?
As much as I tell myself I'm really cheering for Tennessee to lose, it still feels a little wrong.

One in particular. It's not GT's fault a bunch of coaches were bitchy douches in 1991.
I don't know if I'd go that far, get the right personnel for it, still think it's doable. Not exactly likely though.I wonder what it's like for GT fans, players, etc to know that they have almost zero chance at winning a National Championship because of the offense they run?
One in particular.
They'd need to recruit absolutely lights out at every single position, and then have a Cam Newton level QB. Anything short of having that kind of talent, and the double wing, triple option just isn't going to consistently win against the college football elite... IMO of courseI don't know if I'd go that far, get the right personnel for it, still think it's doable. Not exactly likely though.
If it could, more teams would run it. There would be NFL teams running it.They'd need to recruit absolutely lights out at every single position, and then have a Cam Newton level QB. Which is why GT has some down years then gets really good, need the perfect QB. Air Force is kind of in the same boat. They'd need to recruit absolutely lights out at every single position, and then have a Cam Newton level QB. I love option football! If it could, more teams would run it. There would be NFL teams running it.
As Buffs fans, I think we feel like the right coaching and recruiting could get us in the natty picture some day, so we are all interested in following every aspect of the program. I can't say that I'd be doing the same thing if I was a GT fan.If it could, more teams would run it. There would be NFL teams running it.
It's a fun change of pace from watching the same spread system in 90% of games, same way it's fun watching Wazzu with Leach, Oregon when they had Kelly, etc. It's like watching and learning a whole new game on offense and how defenses try to stop them.I love option football!
I find it boring when it's every play. Mixing in a little zone read is cool. But the same basic play every down is not fun for me to watch.I love option football!
One of the things I like about Paul Johnson is that he has a lot of variations on the option attack. There are many subtle differences in addition to the reverses and pass options.I find it boring when it's every play. Mixing in a little zone read is cool. But the same basic play every down is not fun for me to watch.
Good speed on the back end too.Been impressed with how physical Tech looks on defense.
That's what she said.Good speed on the back end too.
