Other Games Week of 10/27 - 10/29

One that won't be is A&M. They paid Jimbo his own bank and now unless Ole Miss collapses they are going to be 3-5.

And as much money as they have eating $81 million would be a hard thing to swallow.

Other than our game not a terrible week. Would have liked to see Notre Dame lose as well as **** Bailer but BYU got a loss in early and today Pedo State got beat, Mel got kicked, and Illinois let Nebraska hang around long enough to get their hopes up before soundly thumping them.

And we don't have to worry about the sheep fans making fun of the Buffs, they managed to keep it within 40 losing at Boise 49-10.

What the hell, this is ugly

Players stomping somebody in opponents colors, no pads, uniform, etc.

Don't know what led up to it but nothing excuses it. Minimum guys out for the rest of the season. Better guys no longer part of the program. Best (but won't happen) guys prosecuted.

Zero excusing that. Doesn't matter what the guy said.

Lol thanks for your authority and ruling while also admitting you know nothing

You are such a sad, pathetic little man.

Strange, pathetic is what comes to mind when I see your post. Still shilling for convicted child molesters? Guess that stuff doesn't matter as long as your team is winning.

Exactly what could one person do in that situation that justifies a stomping from a team of players. No matter what he might have said there is no excuse for that.
A number of things. He could have tried getting physical, he could have been up in the face of a player. **** around and find out. Regardless, you are not the moral authority that you constantly try to be.

And again in what world does that justify a group stomping? One individual trying to get physical against one D1 football player much less a group, getting in someone's face? No, zero justification, he posed no credible threat to them. We don't excuse beatings on the grounds of stupidity.

I'll take some moral standards over your just let it go attitude.

It was a Michigan player talking ****. Again, **** around and find out.

So that justifies it? BS
Have some control over your actions.
Uh, yes. If a player of your arch rival comes talking **** and gets in your face after a game you just lost, that kind of thing is going to happen. Get off your high horse and spare us your holier than thou bull****

Why don't we just have a brawl in the tunnel after every game since things were said?

No class and no excuse. Don't like it don't get your butt kicked on the field.

This is what was reported thus far:

While the bulk of the Wolverines were still on the field, one Michigan football player made his way up the tunnel, where two eyewitnesses shared with WolverinesWire that he was jumped, before several other Spartans got involved, kicking the assaulted player while he was down.

Detroit News Michigan State beat reporter Matt Charbonneau got video of the melee, which doesn’t paint MSU in a very good light.

So jumping someone justifies that? Pu$$y ****. Cowards!

Just by going off the video and no other details I think it’s reasonable to say that if the Michigan player was instigating something then yeah. If the details in the report are true, and it was MSU players who instigated it, I agree with you (and Mtn).

There were plenty of witnesses outside of the players there, including members of the press. The full details of what truly occurred will likely be out today.

I see mulitiple guys hitting one. Looking again, it's mostly shoving. But it's thug bull****.
Somebody needs to raise the concept of Institutuonal Control, and blame Mel for this. Maybe he wouldn't deserve it, but blame him!

add: but they shouldn't be bothering him for this;

Convenient that it doesn't show how it started.

Totally agree but people will overreact to this video, which very well may be warranted in the end but it's always important to know the full context and lead-up to a video like this.

Agree with you on the Tucker thing. Nobody has a right to touch someone else without their consent. Video looks like he was surprised, swatted the hand away without even knowing who it was, then as he should it looked like he was pointing the individual out to security.

According to the Detroit News article linked by @Pbuffdiddy one of the Michigan players may have suffered a broken nose. That isn't just shoving. They had him down and were stomping.

New video out... Appears to show UM player (Gemon Green?) being beaten with the helmet of a MSU player. This is apparently the second assault Harbaugh was referring to.
