Agree with you on the Tucker thing. Nobody has a right to touch someone else without their consent. Video looks like he was surprised, swatted the hand away without even knowing who it was, then as he should it looked like he was pointing the individual out to security.

According to the Detroit News article linked by @Pbuffdiddy one of the Michigan players may have suffered a broken nose. That isn't just shoving. They had him down and were stomping.
If MSU is smart, they'd use this an excuse to fire him for cause.

It could be a tool to negotiate his exit for a lower cost.

One of our attorney types here may be able to comment on how this would play out in regard to contract law.

The swat after the touch on the head I would think would be hard to justify but if some of his players are convicted of criminal charges for the stuff in the tunnel that might be arguably a lack of control over his program.

For the Michigan apologists on this board, please keep in mind that this is at least the third incident in the past year at that tunnel. Similar incidents occurred with OSU, PSU, and now MSU. Michigan is the common denominator.

They need to reconfigure the Big Outhouse so that both teams don’t use the same tunnel. Because Harbaugh can’t control his players.

How long has the big house been open for football 100 years? Just now the tunnel is the problem?

This. And all 3 incidents have happened within the past year. I thought I saw before halftime where they would just hold 1 team while the one closest to the tunnel goes in first, not sure why they don't just do that and keep a good buffer between the 2 teams.

Doesn't ND just have 1 tunnel? And the last incident I recall there was in '88 against the Canes, a team well known for their bravado. Although I may have read that they added a visitors tunnel there because there was some fiasco last year where ND wouldn't let Purdue bring the drum thru the main (home) tunnel and it wouldn't fit thru the visitors tunnel.

Call me old fashioned, but collegiate athletes represent their school, especially at official events. The university as a right to expect them to act like gentlemen (or ladies, as the case may be) at all times. Whatever instigation the Michigan players may have inserted into the situation, these MSU clowns did not meet the expectation.
