Prior to Leach, Wazzu was 4-32 in conference. Since 22-9.Credit to Leach, Dude always has his teams ready to play. Always has a roster similar to ours and his kids usually over perform.
by the way, why did we let that Borghi kid get away???
When I was at the war college, a student wrote a paper on how to win the Counter Insurgency war in Afghanistan through the sole use of air power without the need for ground forces. I thought it was crazy.Throwing 73 times will get you beat 99 times out 100, unless you play for the Pirate.
I think everyone did.I'm pretty sure I underestimated Wazzu and Utah earlier in the season, they good.
Fun fact I read, OSU threw 87 passes in the entire 1973 season (11 games).Throwing 73 times will get you beat 99 times out 100, unless you play for the Pirate.

I think everyone did.
And I think some still are... I said that I think we are losing to both this year (truly believe that...hope I’m wrong) in the season prediction thread - got my balls smashed in.
I’d bet on the 4-1 or 3-2. Which is a 8-9 win season. Basically what I hoped for with the dream of 10 wins. Will be interesting to see the stretch run.5-0: 5 percent
4-1: 20 percent
3-2: 55 percent
2-3: 15 percent
1-4: 5 percent
0-5: 0 percent
Just guesses
Nixon would be better if he would learn to go vertical after a catch rather than always running sideways and backward trying to make a big playPeople want to think Nixon has the potential to be great. His ceiling is lower.
Yea quite the story. Rinaldi interviewed him earlier in the game and it's amazing he was able to make the game today given his condition just 1 day ago. You can't help but love these stories where a team embraces someone who is struggling for one reason or another.
Here's his story for those who didn't see it on GameDay
Yep, I choked up.I saw that and, **** man, it was hard for me to watch. I feel like a prick for saying it like it wasn't touching, it very much was. Idk how to get it across really, I know some on the board have had to deal with the same. It's definitely hard as a mother****er to see somebody you love just getting ravaged by this disease and you want to do something, but it's not in your hands, other than to be there for them.
