Vickers is one of my top 5 favorite buffs of all time. I work with Medford but I'm sticking with Vickers.

That is a pretty stacked group. Berger, James, and Vickers all went pro, with Berger having the best NFL career. Moorer had perhaps the biggest Pick-6 in CU history against Texas. Tim James was a big part of the 89-90 teams and was the guy who got clipped on Rocket's return. Closest one yet IMO, gonna go with Vickers.

Give me one of the most underutilized talents in recent memory..the V-back!

Lawrence Vickers (2002-05) certainly had his memorable moments as a Buff, but there are a couple of good kickers on that list as well.

In just two years, Neil Voskeritchian (1994-95) climbed to No. 2 on the all-time scoring list for kickers (now 4th). He went 95-96 on extra points, and a very productive 22-34 on field goal attempts.

Also in the top ten for kickers in Mitch Berger (1991-93), now 9th on the all-time scoring list. Berger is also in the top ten in punting all-time at Colorado, with a 42.72 yards per kick average.

Did you know that Berger was a JUCO transfer?

Thank you! You guys are crazy and I love me some Mason Crosby.

Sorry... Matt Russell is the winner here.... Crosby is a close second..... only because he is a kicker... he no doubt was amazing.... but Matt Russell is a football PLAYER...

I'm going with Cullen Bryant, one of my favorites as a kid. One of the strongest Buffs, too, as I recall.

Tough group! Not too many kickers have wowwed me, but Mason was amazing. Rouen was a heckuva ST weapon. Russell was a beast -- he blew people up. Cullen Bryant was a special player; the Buffs employed a defense (at the time) that had only 3 DB's, and Bryant was the lone safety, as I recall. He was drafted by the LA Rams and became their starting fullback.
