No, that phrase is used way to often for anyone who doesn't like something that someone else does.
It's just a saying. Like "you know what I'm sayin'"
The word hate gets thrown around way too much. Although it's almost always applicable in my case.

I grew up in Georgetown Texas. ^^^That's my old locker room^^^ We were actually the Eagles. That is where they filmed Varsity Blues and Johnny B Good. Allsomness. That is/was our actual colors. The stadium has been torn down since filming and they have built a new one that looks like a college stadium. Boy, I dropped a lot of sweat on that field.pre-game in Eugene,..... Its his ankle you dumb A**
