theres a very good chance that they finish the regular season at 9-3 with wins over Notre Dame, USC and UCLA.
I'm pointing this out because I think a lot of us are discounting how huge it was to go in the road and beat them last week. That was a huge win for this program. It's not like beating Oregon, who is on a downward trajectory. Nope, Stanford is still a really, really good football team and could very well be ranked by year end.

Every time I watch us play, I have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming. After a decade plus of ****ty football, the way we're playing seems unreal. We show up to play every week and mostly avoid mistakes. Not too many turnovers, almost no blown coverages (except for covering TEs), few debilitating penalties, the only glaring problem has been STs. This isn't CU from the early 90's where we were so talented that we could sleepwalk through a half and still beat 90% of opponents. This is something different, a really dialed-in team. Knocking on wood.

It's just a crazy transformation from allowing 35 points in a quarter against Fresno to holding Stanford to 3 points on the road.

Suck Stanford dick just one time...

Just so you know, if Miss Sackman did end up getting full-tuition to Stanford, be prepared for her to get friendly with CalTran and commuting on a train every day from San Mateo. You could buy half a dozen houses on the Hill for price of some shack in Palo Alto.

Unless you are a founder of Google, it's pretty clear her quality of life will be better if she accepts CU's offer.

They have dorms at Stanford, you know.

Students love Panda Express and subway. Hell, I lived on the Hill and probably bought Subway once a week.

we should have beaten stanford by 20+. we are still working on being a good road team, but we got out of there with a win. i'll take it. all day.

Next to the dorms are a Panda Express and Subway Sandwich, too. Nobody wants four years of all that.

did you actually go to college, remember your late teens/early 20's, or have you stayed at 50 years old your whole life?

There is no Taco Bell on the Stanford campus.

The Taco Bell between Creekside Apts and CU was my go-to back in the day.

Also - not 50. And **** Stanford. Hope McCaffrey doesn't sniff another win.

ramen: ten for a buck.

specialities included ramen de mexico (ramen with salsa dumped on top), ramen italiano (ramen with ketchup or if really fancy ragu dumped on top), joe lunchbox ramen (ramen with a can of tuna mixed in), and the house speciality, ramen boiled in coors.

Happy Halloween everyone!

You forgot the cheese ramen with a slice of american cheese, and the all important ramen party mix (broken up uncooked dry ramen with the flavor packet sprinkled on top).
