Student tickets for KU game

**** the piece of ****, entitled, self absorbed, miserable excuse of flesh students who complained, booed or showed disrespect to our ladies or Iowa's. **** all of you. I love my university and would do nothing to embarrass it. I would prefer every ****ing one of you transfer, quit or simply just fall of of the ****ing planet.

I would advise the AD to issue the Arizona student tickets 30 minutes prior to game time. Then instruct the campus police to strictly enforce MIP, open container and public intoxication. All violators would get a 3 hour trip to the holding cell.

Seriously, **** you pricks!

While some of the students behavior isn't acceptable, whoever came up with the idea in the first place didn't really think out all the outcomes. Personally, I don't mind women's basketball, but there are a lot of people that feel differently. And while nobody was forced to go to the game last night, there had to be the expectation that with KU tickets on the line, they would show up. A point system would have been a much better way of handling it imo.

18-20 year olds are going to, from occasion, do some immature things without fully taking into account how it'll make them look, how other people will feel, or how it will reflect on the University.

No way. We need our students as drunk as possible. You guys are overreacting. I'm not sure what you expected to happen. It was a stupid idea by the AD that backfired. It put the women's team in an unfortunate position. I think we can rest assured they won't do it again.

No we're not. These immature pricks embarrassed CU, insulted a very talented group of young ladies representing CU as well as a group of young ladies from a major university in another major conference. It's time for the university to utilize peer pressure from the majority of students, who did not participate in this despicable behavior. "Hey assholes, these consequences of your ****ty behavior are being forced on all of us and it sucks."

There was no camping out last year and wont be any this year
Until the AD decides to do a big **** you to the students who complained. Big time schools do it, since you people complained you get to do it to. They tried to do this in a positive manner but the students ****ed it up. Have fun!

Also, I can't believe you actually liked that heffer's comment on that page, the idea of that page is ****ing retarded. OMG 2.5 hours for free tickets? The world is ending!

YMSSR!

The AD should do everything they can to identify all of the guilty parties and suspend their athletic attendance privileges for the year. If they want to attend next year they should have to write a letter of apology to both teams and perform campus community service.

I just thought the C-Unit was more organized and more passionate than to have something like last night happen. Maybe they used to be and now not as much.

That's my friend's wife so I felt obligated. I didnt like the page because it's stupid.

I doubt the AD does that. And sure I'll have fun just like last year. Pick a time, walk right up and pick up my tix. Two mins

And quit being whiny bitches and actually show up to the ****ing home games against all teams, not just KU or UA or whatever. Someone from the men's team needs to call these ****ers out, preferably Spencer. This **** is unacceptable. There are few times where I've been embarrassed for being a CU student/fan, one was at the NU game in '05, another was last night. I wasn't even there and this is embarrassing.

I hope these privileged youths understand that this period in their life is the least responsible, least stressful, and most carefree they will have a chance to be for 40-50 years.

By all means boycott the game because of your unjust treatment at the gestapo boot of the AD. The horror of being required to attend a woman's basketball game. The horror.

Hearing twitter rumors of students boycotting the game tonight because of last night's torture...
That's probably the worst "boycott" I've ever heard and I've heard of lots of stupid ones. Write a ****ing letter to the AD saying how piss-poor you were treated. I'd like someone in the AD to email back how "real" basketball schools handle these things, might put these punks in place.

I know right? I kinda hope they do something that would force them to camp out for the Arizona game. Which, is in January.

Did any of us understand that?

Yeah then they'll probably be pleading to make it a women's game instead. These students need to be careful with what they want. The AD could pick something far worse.

I just posted this on Rivals and maybe someone can answer me here.

Just so I'm clear, please correct me if I'm wrong:

1. CU has a lottery system in place for student tickets for the KU game.

2. That lottery is based on the priority points earned by each student.

3. About 10 days ago, the CU AD said that if students wanted to jump the line and not have to worry about this lottery, they could attend a women's basketball game.

4. At the end of this WBB game, all students in attendance were given KU tickets.

5. The student seats still available were then dispersed through that priority point based lottery system.

6. Students were so upset about this that there were serious behavior problems before and during the WBB game followed by talk of boycotting tonight's MBB game against UCSB in protest.

Factually accurate?
