If there wasn't Travis, Shedeur should be the favorite but wouldn't be because of the hate/jealousy of Prime.

It is usually a QB award and Shedeur is the best QB.

This year is different though because Travis is different.

There's no way we've ever had a player who could show up at a game we're not playing in, halfway around the country, and people are hitting each other as he walks by and say, "Hey, there's <fill in the blank>!" like we have with Travis Hunter now.

Not Kordell Stewart, not Rashaan Salaam, and definitely not anyone earlier than that.

Part of that is the way college football is today compared to the previous century, but a large part of it is that we are witnessing a once in a lifetime player who we are lucky enough to have as a Buff.
