UCLA fires Jim Mora

So one LA team fires its coach on the tarmac at LAX whereas the other does it on the dude's birthday.

Will this be the final decision-making factor for Rosen to opt for the NFL draft? I should think so.

"Happy Birthday Jim! Now please clean out your desk."

It's Mora's birthday today, too.

Stupid way to handle it IMO.
I know they probably had higher goals for the season, but firing a guy with bowl eligibility riding on their last game is odd.

This had to be about getting in front of early signing day and salvaging a recruiting class, no?

Or Chip Kelly.

You could still have him coaching the last game.

From what I understand, Mora is a great recruiter. I'm sure a lot of folks would love to see him in Boulder for that alone
