Mac does not seem himself! His face looks so stressed it cannot help the team mentality. Seems he needs to reset his mind and do what Brian Kelly did.

I don't think we should coddle the players. Not willing to make a blanket statement on all of them either though.

One of the many issues that comes from our lousy recruiting is that we don't have the depth that creates urgency on the guys who are playing. Recruit well and when you have guys who aren't making the effort you can sit their butts and put somebody else in. I sense a complacency from some of our players because they know they won't be held accountable.

Everything that we saw last year that brought us to ten wins is highlighted in what we don't show this year. Our culture as a program is bad.
