Cash has quickly shot up the ranks of my favorite players on the team. Overlooked guy who did everything right and got rewarded for it. A true freshman center being so in tune with protection tendencies of the defense and his QB is impressive. There is a lot of noise and flash around the Buffs but it seems that is a bonus not the focus like early last season.

One thing I noticed about Cash at Center was how vocal and commanding he was at the LOS. Seemed like he was routinely making calls and making sure everyone around him heard what he was saying. I'm not saying that Zilinskas didn't do that, but it wasn't obvious on the tv that he was commanding the line the way Cash has when he's played.

I have promised my 2 boys that we will see #2 and #12 play this season. Right now we are banking on coming to Dallas.... if we have to, I will be in Boulder Saturday Nov 29th should things not go our way the next 2 weeks.

My 17 and 15 year old have paid more attention to their mother's school for most of their lives only to hear me brag about the good ole days from 1990-2001. They need to experience #2 and #12 live for a second time. They have not seen #12 live actually..... He was hurt for Nebrasshole last year.

Just a heads up the game is on Friday after Thanksgiving not Saturday.

Also Hunter absolutely played in the Nub game last year.

saw that as I was looking at flights. Thanks! Still can make it. much cheaper to fly the 6 pm on Thursday night! It is the return that is difficult now.
