Wake Forest Announcer Leaked Game Prep to Opponents

yeah, I can't fathom what Tommy was thinking. He is done in coaching, and really any business where his name would be recognized. And every school Wake played is now on the clock.
 
The ACC should respond by ejecting Wake from the conference.

Tech doesn't have a law school, but the consensus opinion on Hokie message boards is that if the receiving party didn't solicit the information, that nobody on that team committed a crime. Also, since Elrod wasn't an employee of Wake, that he didn't commit a crime either.

Of course, the law is one thing. Ethics are an entirely different matter.
 
Worrying about whether crimes were committed is missing the main issue. This is an ethical issue.

Of course ethics are the main issue. But that doesnt nean the legal point isn't interesting discussion. there's near consensus on the ethical matter, not a lot left to be said there.
