Woelk just wrote that Jackson and Winfree will help (should Winfree be able to go on Saturday). Since he works for the athletic department and is privy to info other people aren't, hopefully that means Winfree will be able to play.

Running vs UDub is a tall order request. But then again their back 7 is probably the best part of their D. They, especially 25, are a knock your ass off, physical group.

Gotta stay healthy.

They will by far be the most physical team CU sees all year

If CU can come up big with turnovers, we have a shot. I'd really like to see us dominate the time of possession battle to keep the defense fresh. Not super worried about Viska's toe. He seems like the type that would tape it up and play with discomfort.

This is the way you create trust, an essential core of leadership.

He is not an alpha male, at all.

But he certainly isn’t a beta male either.

I am glad he is on staff leading these student athletes.
As an upsilon male I just want this arguing to go away. It’s stressing me out and I’ve been drinking way too much milk lately.

Perfect record gone. Playoffs gone. Pac-12 south lead gone. Probably best team we'll face this year. This means to me we have nothing to lose = play like a "marmot dropped in a bathtub".

"that's like...well...your opinion...man...."

haha!

I do think that as long as we can keep it close and come out of Washington healthy, we will be fine.
We have a punchers chance up there, but without our main weapons we are looking at a REAL TALL order.

That being said, if we had capitalized AT ALL on the two TO's we forced at SC, we would have won that game.
Anything can happen, and I can just about guarantee that Chev won't lay an egg two weeks in a row.

Winfree listed as out on the depth chart. Viska and Jay aren't listed as injured. Dmitri Stanley makes an appearance. Assuming Viska and Jay can't go, should be interesting to see how Jackson and Stanley are used.

Really wondering if Winfree is going to make much of an impact the rest of this season.

UDub is bigger, faster, stronger and better coached than USC.
Nope. USC has an average rank of 6th in the country in recruiting rankings over the last 5 years and UW has an average rank of 28th.
USC is substantially more talented across the board than UW.
UW is definitely better coached, especially on the defensive side, but their talent doesn’t scare me like USC.

UO is better up front than we are, but they run a very similar offense to us, and they were successful on offense against UW. We just need to execute.
