I think Byard might very well be the best player on the team right now. Another thing, think we found our quarterback and should roll with him from here on out.Byard deserves a “D”awg badge. Easily the best tackler and most active player on defense for the Buffs.
Now imagine if Prime allowed this to happen against Deleware….Salter:
304 yards on 64% for 3 TDs/0 INTs
86 yards on 11 carries for 1 TD

She's so cute! I love her!
(assuming she doesn't suck like that deadbeat Ember)
Shocker.Carter messed up more than Vickers.
There were two straight series where Byard made every tackle on run plays. Not hyperbole. That's a problem.I think Byard might very well be the best player on the team right now. Another thing, think we found our quarterback and should roll with him from here on out.
Yes it is. Where is this dline we were supposed to have because I knew our linebackers wouldn't do much. There were two straight series where Byard made every tackle on run plays. Not hyperbole. That's a problem.
**** baylorDid anyone else notice a Klopfenstein playing for FukBailor? On their losing play at the goal line

hopefully we start to see guys elevating their game. if salter can stay consistent, we will be in a lot of games. our WRs are elite.I need to breakdown the game "film", but I'm not optimistic about the BYU game. Our DBs are so very mid right now, we still look soft across the board, and we certainly won't be outcoaching anyone next week. I'd take the Over though.
Nikita has fallen asleep so went to bed. If we don't play well in the 2nd half, it is completely her fault.
Please, Buffs. Don't force me to wake her up and drag her back to the family room.
Both kids are at college. Wife’s in Paris. She may have to stay.ms. liver tapped out too.
we got this my friend. Buffs are BALLING
What’s with Howell’s picture?View attachment 91759
Not great…
targeting confirmed... also i dont understand targeting...
It looked good v Wyoming. I’m nervous for the rest of our schedule. A lot of those jump balls and throws into double coverage I fear will be picked by non-glorified low level FCS team.hopefully we start to see guys elevating their game. if salter can stay consistent, we will be in a lot of games. our WRs are elite.
biggest worry on offense is whether the line can hold long enough to give salter time to stay settled in.
Speaking of which, I had UC Davis on the computer during the game. Their running back is fire.Marshall Faulk should just go over and tell #26 to get in the Portal and drive his gear down to Boulder! Like his style
I feel like 9 kicks from 30-39 in 2 1/3 years isn’t a lot.ESPN did everything it could to jinx that kick. 9/9 graphic. Announcer talking up how not a strong leg but extremely accurate. Thanks, assholes.
I know your thoughts on Mata. But from what I have seen since Prime has been here, and learned quickly that Mata has a very niche (albeit “box of chocolates) range, we actually make a lot of decisions based on how far he can kick - either going for it on 4th and unmanageable, or punting at what should be a decent kicker’s range. And that’s unfortunate.I’ve never seen so much hate for a guy who is an 84% kicker.
Last year, Travis and Colton Hood would lock up the WR at the line of scrimmage. They were able to recover quickly if the WR had them by a step. Obviously, CP has no trust with the DB'S that are here. They are playing off the line of scrimmage by 10+ yards, giving up 7+ yards on quick pass plays without pressure. Either they trust the DB'S to rub the WR's at the line of scrimmage or go zone.I need to breakdown the game "film", but I'm not optimistic about the BYU game. Remember that time earlier in the game (when we were still up) and within Buchanan’s range and we could have given him a shot, but instead we punted?I am sadly going to stand by Medford cause a really accurate low angle kicker that cannot kick over 40 yards which keeps the stronger kicker not getting reps might cost a game when a long kick is needed and Buck is not ready
9 wins would have been laughable after week 4 last year.i am sorry but 8 wins is just a wishful thinking at this point. What do you see on the defensive side makes you think Colorado can stop teams like TCU/ISU/ASU?
The best case scenario for us is to beat BYU/WVU/KSU/UA to get 6-6. And I would give it 20-30% chance. This is how much disappointed I am in our defense.
What are you on about? Colton barely played until late in the season, and even then wasn't one of the outside CBs. Do you mean DJ and Trav?Last year, Travis and Colton Hood would lock up the WR at the line of scrimmage. They were able to recover quickly if the WR had them by a step. Totally thought he was going to float that 5 yards over his head. Then he did it few more times.Salter threw a nice touch pass to Sincere on the run tonight
CFB is full of inaccurate QBs
Our paradigm was impacted by the most accurate QB in CU history the last two seasons.
There are some guys that just have a knack for the ball, he’s one of them. Landman was really good of being in place that the ball just finds him. There were two straight series where Byard made every tackle on run plays. Not hyperbole. That's a problem.
I think winning in SLC isn't out of the question either-Utah put up a clunker in Laramie and then got exposed by a backup QB.i am sorry but 8 wins is just a wishful thinking at this point. What do you see on the defensive side makes you think Colorado can stop teams like TCU/ISU/ASU?

Can’t tell if it was Seaton out, or as the game wore on Wyoming just didn’t have depth and were worn down. Was it my imagination last night or did the CU offensive line run block significantly better once Seaton was out of the game with an injury?
SeVIInSeven should be the name.

Not sure, but Utah kinda looks like they suck. For what little the transitive property is worth, we looked better against Wyoming than Utah did.
