Men's basketball general off-seasons news thread

Looks like Evan and Eli are both sitting tonight. Neither played through the 1st quarter. Tad also taking a back seat in the huddle to one of the assistants (I think Rohn).

We're playing some law school in Costa Rica that is better than you'd think but still not good at all.

104-46 final.

Hard to draw many conclusions other than "the Buffs are a lot better than the 3rd place team in the Costa Rican semi pro league"

I liked what I saw at times from our young players. Lovering and KJ Simpson, and Julian Hammond at times too, all looked the part.

Luke O Brien impressed. Same with Tristan Da Silva.

We had some bad TOs that were just "not on the same page" TOs. The mossed passes on a fast break because you thought your teammate would be one step in and he wasn't type. Other than that, this was like watching a decent college team beat up on a bad, semi middle aged rec league team. Sorry, call em like I see em

Waiting for Tristan da Silva to flash. Was hoping he made a big jump this off-season

Impossible to évaluate anyone without seeing the games but stat wise there were several standouts...LOB (Except 3 pt), Hammond, Plus KJ, LL and Jabari again. Nique rebounding well. Who is playing close to Tad level D will be crucial. Good job keeping playing time even.

Lawyers? Great! They’ll prolly sue us for assault.

The team we're playing tonight, Grecia, makes the other Costa Rican teams looks really good. We might win by 80 pts.

We scored a dunk off the tip, we're currently in the middle of a 17-0 run and Grecia airballed a free throw to start the game.
