Casey Thompson decided it was time to go home and committed to the Sooners. Backup QB for now but who knows? Having a reliable backup entering the SEC is a good thing imo.

Maybe. Plenty of instances where programs vastly underperform the perceived talent they sign. He seemed like a hard-nosed coach so I wouldn't bet against him but this is the year we should see strong improvement.

I would think that Jimmy Lake recruits would be responsive to CU's current messaging. He was all about the "NFL aspirations" for his pitch & his evaluation criteria.
