2026 Recruit Profile Index & Recruiting News

I worked chains for the Mullen v Mountain Range game last night and man, Mullen has fallen off! It's also quite a dichotomy of where the Buffs are at right now with recruiting. We may not sign more than one in state player this year, not because the recruits are looking elsewhere, but because CU will simply over recruit the in-state players. There was one kid, who might be worth a look in the future. Mullen's Center, #54 VanMeter, is a big kid. He held his own, as only a Sophomore, and was probably about 6'2 280 lbs, with a big'ol base. He was a bit timid at times, it may have to do with his age, so we'll have to wait and see how he develops.
 
Georgia QB (moved & was at Thunder Ridge in CO previously) with offers from Penn State, GA Tech, Pitt & VA Tech. CU hosted him Thanksgiving week and was his 1st or 2nd offer, so I'm not sure which staff it came from. But he's been invited to both home games now.
