Florida State linebacker Brendan Gant entered the Transfer Portal on Monday, Noles247 can confirm. Gant was FSU’s Special Teams Co-MVP last season and became a regular contributor in the rotation after moving from safety to linebacker.

Edit: TLDR version is that this kid came out of TJHS in Denver, attended Wyoming for two years and blew up in his RS frosh season and is now testing the portal with offers from everyone. Out of high school, he shows 1 offer..... This is the **** that baffles me.

I just can't fathom why we want to add additional WR's unless all the Freshman were moved to DB.
