Rodman to Portal!
Sal is not making friends with this group. Spring game is gonna be an offensive show
Rodman to Portal!
It's almost as if we were right about the team having major problems on the DL and needing a complete overhaul if we wanted to win. As if 2 years of not maintaining gaps, not getting a push, not getting TFLs or sacks, not pursuing to the sideline, and things getting even worse when backups came in was about more than coaching.Rodman to Portal!
Is 131/131 in rush defense not good? It's almost as if we were right about the team having major problems on the DL and needing a complete overhaul if we wanted to win. He was another I thought would stick. Good luck to him.Rodman to Portal!
I'm thinking we're also going to have a few transfers out of this group as well.We have Jimmy Horn, Montana, Hunter (part-time) and Jordon Tyson (hurt) as the only proven Wr's, with Weaver coming in. I can see why we are adding.

Adam left a tidbit about him so makes more sense why they let him goHe was another I thought would stick. Good luck to him.
This has to be right. “Pretty good” WRs get “very well” covered by P5 corners. We have seen this year after year when no one gets open.I'm thinking we're also going to have a few transfers out of this [WR] group as well.
hardcore, dude.FWIW - Yesterday I went back and watched film on all our incoming WRs. We may be very young behind our starters, but I could see at least 2 of these guys being right in the rotational mix by Game 1.
*FILM DON'T LIE*
good attritionZack Courtney gone
Time killer on 3 hour international biz calls.hardcore, dude.
Does anyone care?Wow. Will anybody be left from last year's roster?
I know right…apparently Coach Prime even expects excellence out of our water boys!Ok. Admittedly, I don't spend every waking minute checking the CU roster (and I'm awful with names). So, who the heck is Zach Courtney? I guess I didn't realize he was in the middle of a journey ... with CU ... football...
I'd love to see a number of the kids buy in, put in the effort and earn a spot in next year's lineup. I think they can serve as ambassadors for the program and it's better for the program overall than completely turning over the roster in 1 off-season. But if they're not completely committed and don't want to put in the work, they need to go.Does anyone care?
Well, I do.Does anyone care?
Not really. At this point, we all realize the roster will be massively changing before the fall. I just don't want us to have to put WRs out on the DL in order to have a good Spring Game.Does anyone care?
I missed the blurt you mention, but I would think that the players looking to transfer probably think their not going to get snaps at the spring game.I also agree with the first blurt from HCP on the kids jumping into the Portal before the Spring Game. Wouldn't that be a good time to showcase their abilities to other schools and THEN enter the Portal and look for a new place to land? It seems really strange to not to want to even play in a game AFTER all this training and work.
Back in the days when I was running and had put in a block of intervals or tempo work, I always wanted to run a race before taking time off, in part, just to make sure I got a number that reflected all the work I'd done. Otherwise, all that work sort of just disappears into nothing to show for it... Isn't that what transferring before the Spring Game is like?
The only way it makes sense is if what they would have showcased wasn't going to improve their stock.I also agree with the first blurt from HCP on the kids jumping into the Portal before the Spring Game.
