Assistants

Looks like the team may have a new grad assistant offensive line coach-

Welcome and congrats to him!

Looks like he was at the Univ. of Mary Harden- Baylor the last couple seasons (also as a grad asst., after graduating from Louisiana- Lafayette and spending a little time in the NFL as an OG). A short bio for him from their website - https://cruathletics.com/sports/football/roster/coaches/donovan-williams/494

That would seem to suggest that Jack Harris is done in that role, which I believe he'd be at 2 years this summer, so probably was done anyway.

SIAP but I saw randomly yesterday that Tillman followed MT to MSU and is now a "Senior Defensive Analyst".
Pretty telling that he went from a DB coach back to an "analyst". My guess is that MT likes him, wants to help him get to the point where he can coach somewhere, but MT could NOT have been happy with how he recruited (or shall I say did NOT recruit).

Not a huge loss given Coach Dorrell backfilled Tillman with one of the best recruiters on the west coast.

Any word yet on who is replacing Geoff Martzen? He left behind some very big shoes to fill from what I’ve read. Whoever takes his place is going to be critical to keeping our recruiting efforts at a high-level.
