Bowl Games (other than ours) and associated silliness 2024 Plus the Playoffs

From the looks of the stands not many of them bothered. That crowd could easily fit into some of the high school stadiums in Texas.

Maybe it has been so long since the nubs actually got to go to a bowl a lot of their fans either can't believe they are in one or forgot how to go. Might also be that NYC has limited space for parking RVs pulled by tractors.

Somebody also might want to remind Boston College to give Florida State their uniforms back after the game. Trouble is that BC is also playing like FSU did much of this year and might just give Manure U a bowl win they don't deserve because they are a bad football team as well.

Meanwhile the second coming of Tom Brady might not be enough to save Belichick from what he is stepping into (see the Manure U comment above) at UNC (University of No Classes "for athletes".) I don't think Bill is going to be there long anyways. I think his plan is to set his son up for the job and then head of to see if his 24 year old girlfriend can give him a heart attack or die from an overdose of Viagra.

BC football has been around longer than FSU football, fwiw.
 
Fenway was actually the original home of the Patriots, including being the site of the first AFL game wherein the Broncos beat the Patriots.
 
UNC-UConn game is over, Nubs look like they're going to overcome an opt-out depleted BC squad, and over on the NFL Network, we have a **** matchup between Chargers and the Patriots.

I look forward to today all week and it's starting out as a dud.

I’m watching the Longest Yard with my son-in law. Great defense by the convicts… Hell of a football game.
