Allar isn't any threat to get drafted at the top of the first round but he has had multiple balls dropped that should have been caught, and those catches would have put PSU further out front in the game.
Meanwhile Jeanty has 39 yards on 13 carries, not highly impressive. Penn State's RB Kaytron Allen has 76 yards on 10 carries (including a 50 yarder.)

How do the teams with absolutely Terrible Quarterbacking get this far! Both QB’s are not up to this task.
Both teams beat all the mediocre to bad teams on their schedules and lost to the elite teams on their respective schedules
These QBs aren't good but Allar should be much better. His receivers aren't doing him any favors.
Meanwhile the Boise QB has to be getting frustrated because his receivers simply aren't athletic enough to consistenly beat the Penn State DBs. He hasn't had a lot of open options to throw to.
With the talent difference if Penn State manages to lose this Franklin should be fired before he gets on the plane.
