College Football Games 10/3

B12 teams keep losing games.

Good news, bad news.

Means that we don't have to watch a B12 team get beat by Clemson or Ohio State by 40.
Also means that if a PAC school runs the table we get to see them lose to one of those teams by 25.

Confirmation that Texas is still not back. Tom Herman is not looking like the right coach either

NC State with the mild upset over Pitt. Pitt's defense let them down today

Another reason why the Pac playing football is good. We've got a chance to get a team in the CFP given how mediocre that league looks. Flag count at 17. They need to pick up the pace if they want the penalties record.

Yup, the Big 12 pretty much played themselves out of the CFP with Texas losing today. Unless OSU can run the table. But don't forget about a 1-loss non champion in the ACC, SEC, or B1G

Jacksonville State up 14 in Tallahassee.

I think the ACC easily could get two this year-Notre Dame, Miami, and Clemson look like the class of that league right now. Clemson gets both the other two, but ND and Miami won't play each other.

Let's see what happens in the SEC-I kind of wonder if they'll cannibalize themselves more than usual.

Who knows on the B1G?

If Miami and ND end up playing all 11 games and both go 10-1 with their only loss to Clemson, then whoever doesn't play Clemson in the ACC championship would absolutely be in play for the CFP.

And I have no idea how they'd decide who would play in the CCG in that scenario

Maybe you're on to something lol

VT-Duke in a tight low scoring game. Burmeister still in at QB for VT but has made some bad throws and Hooker is available this week. VT's running game not working quite as well this week. In an interesting but meaningless stat, Duke hasn't beaten VT at Wallace Wade since 1981.

BC just had a 2 point attempt to tie the game but UNC intercepted and went the other way for 2 of their own. Heels will survive
